ASCIA 2025 Conference Registration fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

In-Person Registration Entitlements
- Admission to all main sessions from Tuesday 2 to Friday 5 September 2025, which can be viewed either in-person at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre or online.
- Access to all concurrent sessions from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 September 2025, except for the Dietitians Course on Friday 5 September, which is an in-person course specifically for Dietitians.
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily in the Exhibition Hall.
- Ticket to the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 3 September 2025 in the Exhibition Hall.
- Opportunity to purchase a Conference Gala Dinner ticket.
- Access to on-demand content for 6 months after the event.
Virtual Registration Entitlements
- Admission to all main sessions from Tuesday 2 to Friday 5 September 2025, viewed online (live-streamed).
- Access to all concurrent sessions from Wednesday 3 to Friday 5 September 2025, except for the Dietitians Course on Friday 5 September, which is an in-person course specifically for Dietitians.
- Access to on-demand content for 6 months after the event.
Terms and Conditions
Early Bird registrations must be paid in full by 3 July 2025 to receive the early bird registration rate. ASCIA membership must be current when registering to obtain ASCIA member discount. Only medical practitioners, other health professionals, scientists and students (medical or health science) can register for the ASCIA Conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deadline is 4 July 2025. Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations for in-person registrations made by 4 July 2025 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. There will be no refunds for Virtual registrations. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
